Well , today my blog wont be anything related to coding or what I learned or what I am going to learn,but it is going to be about Women Developers around the Globe , who inspire me as a Woman to keep growing and being more Confident and strong in this High Tech World.

I was really very impressed with so all the Women out there... Seemed there are people with whom I can relate to.. I really liked an Advice which I learned from this site.. It is as follows..by Erica Anderson
1."I think I would say to people, and especially to a woman who feels like she’s at a disadvantage, “Give someone a firm handshake, look them in the eye, and say, you don’t scare me.” That’s the advice I got growing up from my family -- that you are an equal, you are totally capable and competent, and it’s all about confidence.
